Securely place the unused umbrella in its original sleeve and box, ensuring all tags and protective covers are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and firmly attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
